Most forklift training websites exist to sell a course. We think the most useful thing we can do for UK workplaces is give away the knowledge and tools that prevent accidents, whether or not you ever book with us.
So the guides, safety tips, incident reports and the whole safety toolkit are free, with no sign-up and no paywall. When your operators do need a certificate, we train them at your premises, on your own trucks, anywhere in the UK.

The coursesHow we train
Every course follows the structure set out in the HSE Approved Code of Practice L117, Rider-operated lift trucks: operator training and safe use. Candidates cover the theory, carry out a full pre-use inspection and complete assessed practical driving before a certificate of basic training is issued.

Course length depends on experience. Complete novices typically need three to five days on a single truck type. Experienced operators converting to a new truck, or returning for a refresher, usually need one or two days.
