Safer sites first, training second
Most forklift injuries are caused by things a good daily routine would catch: a skipped check, a load that was too long for the truck, an operator whose refresher lapsed years ago, a pedestrian in the wrong place.

Read the signs
What the four safety sign colours mean
You will see these signs throughout this site and, more importantly, around your workplace. The shape and colour tell you what kind of instruction it is before you read a word.
Signs on this site are drawn in the ISO 7010 style for illustration. Use signs that meet the Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996 at work.
